ABOUT US
Ark Preschool was founded in 2005 with an English-based educational approach, aiming to support children’s development in a holistic way. Since its establishment, it has offered a safe, supportive, and inspiring learning environment through its contemporary approach and a strong team of Turkish and international teachers working together in every classroom.
At our school, year-round education is provided with full-day and half-day options in classes specifically designed for the 2+, 3+, and 4+ age groups. Having one Turkish and one international teacher in each classroom supports children in experiencing English as a natural part of their daily lives.
Our educational program is built on a child-centered, play-based structure. Children’s enthusiasm for learning is kept alive through activities that nurture curiosity, encourage exploration, and are supported by hands-on experiences. While a strong foundation is established in mathematics, science, and social studies, specialized subjects such as art, music, drama, dance, and gymnastics are also integrated into the program under the guidance of expert instructors. Learning is extended beyond the classroom through off-campus activities such as nature trips, museum visits, and theater outings.
Ark Preschool is located in Kemerburgaz, set within a spacious 4-acre garden in a nature-integrated environment. This setting offers children a learning experience that is both safe and open to exploration.
In our educational environment, where differences are embraced as a natural richness, children are supported in discovering their interests and talents, developing self-confidence, and feeling valued. Our goal is to prepare every child for the future as a confident, curious individual who loves learning.

2+ Age Groups
In our classrooms designed for children aged 2 and above, we offer a balanced day built around creativity and play-based learning. Our safe and nurturing environment supports children’s independence, language development, empathy, and social skills. With vibrant colors, age-appropriate materials, art and music activities, and rich learning experiences, we aim to provide the highest level of support for their development.

3+ Age Groups
During this stage, children learn by exploring with curiosity and through hands-on experiences. Our 3+ classrooms support social, emotional, cognitive, physical, and character development simultaneously. Enriched with language development, drama, art, science, mathematics, music, sports, and motor skills, our program—with patience, guidance, and positive reinforcement—prepares children for the 4+ level.

4+ Age Groups
In this age group, children learn and have fun through music, art, physical education, drama, science, outdoor play, and creative activities. Through field trips and project-based experiences, they explore their surroundings while strengthening independence, motor skills, language development, and social-emotional growth. Play also plays a key role in building both self-care skills and self-confidence.
PROGRAM CONTENT
The preschool years form the foundation of children’s development. At Ark Preschool, children are supported in a safe environment surrounded by mutual respect, compassion, and care. They naturally develop their learning skills through practical, hands-on, and enjoyable experiences.

SECOND LANGUAGE AWARENESS
At Ark Preschool, our goal is to help children move forward with confidence by discovering their full potential. On this journey, we believe that learning a second language is a key element in enabling children to perceive the world from a broader perspective.
Our educational program, designed in line with scientific research, aims for children to use a second language comfortably both in daily life and in academic contexts. This approach, which supports global awareness, transforms language from memorized knowledge into a natural part of everyday life.
Exposure to more than one language strengthens children’s social skills, cognitive flexibility, and problem-solving abilities. Our English-based curriculum turns language learning into an enjoyable and meaningful process through play- and exploration-oriented experiences that capture children’s interest.
Being introduced to mathematics, spending time in nature, creating games, and exploring… At Ark Preschool, all of these experiences come together in a holistic learning environment that supports children’s overall development.
